Business Development Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Support in business development, sales and marketing opportunities across the company
- Drive sales revenue, developing new business and engaging local and regional customers;
- Develop and execute strategic business plan to maximize business development opportunities, increase market share and create value-added solutions & services for customers
- To manage customer needs, project planning & implementation, day-to-day operational matters and any emergency service requests;
- Plan and coordinate training programs, promotion and communication activities in accordance with both regional and local needs;
- To explore and expand business opportunities with existing local or regional accounts in Hong Kong for cross-selling and up-selling;
- Achieve maximum customer satisfaction with effective customer engagement and customer relationship management together with the regional teams;
- Oversees payment/billing matters and related issue for customers;
- Manage full sales process from lead generation to contract signature and customer servicing; and
- Perform other reasonable and lawful duties as assigned by the Business Development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, Psychology or other related fields
- With 1-2 years of working experience, preferable with business development experience in corporate environment
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking, professional integrity
- Creative, energetic, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.

E Commerce Operations Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain and operate E commerce website currently on Shopify
- Develop & drive the company's eCommerce business
- Responsible for defining the eCommerce strategy and road map to maximize sales
- Analyse online marketing budget and online advertising spent to maximize ROI
- Merchandising including campaigns/ promotions setup, A/B test, SEO, sorting rules, search optimization, content personalization, etc
- Act as the project manager to work with internal & third-party vendors to deliver the project on-time and as scheduled
- Enhance & execute the digital marketing and CRM strategy to enhance site traffic and conversion regularly
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or any relevant disciplines

- Experience in Oracle NetSuite (Back end) is a major asset

Job Responsibilities:
- Creating the social media strategy in line with client’s social media objectives
- Crafting of press releases for both events and the company, copywrite content for websites, social media posts on day of show, presentations and proposals.
- Develop and manage social and content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Update social media channels in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Mass Communications / Marketing / English Literature / Media or related field
- About 3-4 years experience in the Social Media Marketing / Advertising field
