Supporting Underprivileged Children through Education

STORY OF UNDERPRIVILEGED CHILDREN IN MALAYSIA

Poverty, hunger, overcrowded homes - only some of the many issues preventing children from learning and growing up in a healthy environment. Quality Education is crucial to social progression and personal fulfillment, yet many Malaysian families in poverty barely have the resources to feed their children, let alone provide them with opportunities to learn and grow.

The Little Yellow Flower Education Foundation was formed in 2007 by four renowned artistes: Sinjie Lee, Charlie Young, Gigi Leung, and Valen Hsu. Well-known for their love of childen, the foundation strives to support underprivileged youth and families through education, extra-curricular activities, and feeding programs.

Supporting children from 3 to 17 years old, the Foundation is based in Malaysia with a permanent center, whereas in Hong Kong and Mainland China it offers special short term projects every summer. Through these projects, the Foundation seeks to spread the spirit of the Little Yellow Flower and help children break free from the chains of poverty.

In collaboration with the Foundation we have specially designed the Little Yellow Flower Ring in support of their noble mission. 10% of net sales of this ring directly contributes to the Foundation’s efforts to support children in need.
